![]() I’ve been meaning to post a review for some time now because I enjoy working with her so much. Heather with Infiniti Mortgage and I have worked on a few mortgage loans together. Heather was amazing! Very prompt in her responses. I highly recommend Infiniti Mortgage to anyone looking for exceptional service and expertise in mortgage financing! Heather along with her team were very patient, kind, and always available to answer my questions and concerns. ![]() They also communicated regularly, keeping me informed every step of the way. Heather and her team at Infiniti Mortgage provided such a smooth and wonderful experience in financing my home purchase! They were so professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. They persuade all of them to finance through INFINITI Financial (which is the only bank they will allow you to finance though) which is a 7.99 interest rate which is absurd and if you try to buy a car in cash they will hack the price up 2-3 thousand dollars depending on the car.Heather and her team were absolutely amazing! They provided a stress free experience, we’re always available, and also gave me the best rate that I came across. ![]() Also the company it self scams all their customers. You will also be charged 75 dollars if you take a cereal bar or a water bottle. There is a lot of stress involved and your constantly being yelled at by everyone around you ( literally everyone management, BDC, service, Finance and other sales colleagues.) I don’t know if that is their way of constructive criticism but it is so rude and uncalled for. ![]() I didn’t take me more than a week to hate the job. I was so excited to start working everything on paper seems great (pay, hours, benefits.) as soon as you start working on your first day they throw you to the wolves with little to no training or directive besides the training they make you do at home without being paid which is hours upon hours of videos about cars. I worked for Infiniti for about 4 1/2 months. Management will be pleasant to your face (usually) but they bash everyone behind your back, so be aware. The sales team is overall a decent group, with typical expected clicks. There are way too many managers as it is, so there is rarely an opportunity to make a move. If you are looking to move up in the automotive business, this is probably not the store to do it at. Other than their new QX60, the vehicle lineup is incredibly outdated. Knowing the product is key to promoting a brand that is outsold by BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volvo, and Cadillac. Product knowledge is focused on heavily, which is a good thing. CSI, “We aren’t selling cars because…”, and how to reinforce an archaic business model that involves telling customers that they can buy the vehicles for the online price IF they finance through Infiniti Financial for a minimum of 5 Months at a standard rate of 9-10.99% The overall reception of this method by the customer is poor, as it should be. Each day you will be in a sales meeting that will consist of the same things over and over. While the facility itself is beautiful, the management team lacks in their ability to motivate / teach the staff to better themselves. If you are considering Infiniti of Nashua, here is an honest review to consider.
